Terms and Conditions for Doug's Pressure Washing
By accessing and using the services provided by Doug's Pressure Washing (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Doug's Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck cleaning, driveway cleaning, and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties in Rockford, IL and surrounding Wisconsin communities including Lake Geneva, Janesville, Elkhorn, Twin Lakes, and Harvard.
All services are subject to scheduling availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers promptly of any scheduling changes.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. Cost estimates are provided before service and may be adjusted based on unforeseen circumstances or additional work required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards as forms of payment. A fee may be charged for returned checks or declined credit card payments.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the Company has adequate access to areas requiring service. Customer agrees to secure pets, remove obstacles, and close windows before service begins. The Company is not responsible for moving personal property or landscaping items unless specifically agreed upon. Water and electrical access must be provided by the customer for certain services.
We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns. The Company cannot guarantee the complete removal of certain stubborn stains or growths that have caused permanent damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or property. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the requested service could potentially damage the property.
The Company takes precautions to prevent damage to your property. Any claims of damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. The Company's liability is limited to repair or replacement of damaged items directly caused by our services. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or customer negligence.
Doug's Pressure Washing maintains appropriate business insurance coverage. Upon request, proof of insurance can be provided. We comply with all local licensing requirements in the areas we serve.
By using our services, you consent to receiving communications from us regarding your service, including text messages. Message frequency varies but typically includes 1-2 messages per month. Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, Illinois or the state you reside in.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
